My recent experience with Mantovani Properties was consistently excellent through the 18 months of renting a house in Metropolitan Phoenix, AZ. I have live in many areas of the USA and this particular management property firm put all others to shame. From the first day I viewed the property to receiving the security deposit after moving to Upstate NY Vanessa was flawless representing the renter and owner in parallel. I highly recommend this firm to both renters and owners.

I've had the pleasure to have Vanessa M. as a property manager/landlord since April 2014 to just recently. Vanessa always handled my issues in a prompt and professional manner. I would definitely recommend Vanessa to my family and friends if they are ever in search of a rental property. Mantovani Properties LLC is definitely 1 of a kind.

I'd never rented a home before and had heard horror stories about unfair landlords and property management companies that were inattentive. Luckily this was not our experience with Vanessa. She was just the opposite! She always made sure our issues were handled quickly and completely. She was easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

I started renting a home in May 2013 from another company and Vanessa Mantovani took over in August 2013. Boy was I relieved! Finally, things that needed correction when I first moved in started getting done and at lightning speed, all thanks to Vanessa. She wanted to make sure that my 4 children and I had the best experience and even personally came out to bring supplies and to check in on me and my family??GREAT woman and excellent experience.

I was on temporary assignment in Phoenix for 1 year. I had a short time to locate a suitable home for my family of four and luckily I found a home listed by Mantovani Properties that had everything we needed.
We contacted Vanessa and after a viewing, we were satisfied this was the right house for us. Vanessa was great throughout the whole process. She facilitated the rental agreement and negotiation process efficiently and swiftly. She was also extremely helpful in answering many of my questions about the area and things we would need to do to get all of our personal business handled. She was also very responsive throughout the entire contract to questions or issues we had as well as fair and straight-forward.
I would highly recommend using Mantovani Properties!

I've been a Phoenix area Realtor for 20 years and have known of Vanessa Mantovani's fine reputation for at least 4 years. Since I've been helping homeowners who need to short sale their homes I've been getting a lot of feedback about the negative experiences they are having with other property management companies while searching for a rental to move to. I hear everything from they do not get their calls returned to even view a rental to seeing homes that have dirty carpets, peeling wallpaper, messy yards, etc. to ridiculously one-sided rental contracts totaling favoring the property management company and being charged fees for many "extras". The I hear from property owners who had bad experiences, and the many others who live out of state and have no idea that their so called manager is doing little for them other than collecting the rent and taking out their fees. It is sad that even after 20 years in the industry I can only give a good (make that fantastic), recommendation for property management - and that is Vanessa Mantovani, owner of Mantovani properties. She not only has 25+ years of experience, but goes above and beyond what she is paid to do, is very honest , carefully scrutinizes applicants with credit and background/criminal checks, etc. and takes care of each of her client's properties as if they were her own.

I am very impressed with Vanessa. She was very understanding during a stressful time in one's life. She was extremely professional, expeditious and proficient in her handling of my move. I would highly recommend her to others needing housing needs.

Vanessa, thank you for all of your help and services that you have guided us through the past six months at Tahiti Palms and Papago Springs. We could not have succeeded in getting through all of the steps and processes we had to go through.to rent, manage, and keep informed about what is going on at the complexes. We knew absolutely nothing about tis business whe we had to take back these condos.
I want those who may read this to know that I am a blind person and Martin isn't able to drive to the condos, so we appreciate all of the leg work that Vanessa has done for us. She is never, too, busy to answer questions that we have about all the many things involved with reali estate. She is truly a business lady, but also, a friend, because of the way she makes you feel doing business with her.

I enlisted the help of Vanessa to manage my investment property for me. Vanessa brings a wealth of experience in property management. I also had the pleasure to work with Vanessa while rehabbing a property in Phoenix and she was absolutely amazing, professional, responsive and all about gettings done. I would highly recommend Vanessa to whomever needs help in property management or real estate help. The greatest thing is that Vanessa is that she is a woman of her words, she is very persistent and gets things done. And that is very valuable in business!

I have never experienced such a caring and dedicated real estate agent. I had the great fortune of dealing with Vanessa as both a tenant on one of her properties (While my home was being built) as well as she has managed my rental home for the past 2 years. Her service is second to none, I have no worries and she treats every property as if it were her own. She has saved me thousands in costly repairs with her network of business professionals. Thank you for all you do!

Vanessa Mantovani has 25 years o f real estate experience and thoroughly knows and understands the Phoenix, AZ real estate market. She has been managing my properties in Phoenix and I have peace of mind knowing that she is watching over my investments. She keeps me very informed, is trustworthy, knowledgeable and professional in all aspects of her property management . I have come to know Vanessa and admire her sincerity, dedication and passion for the real estate business. I do wish to tell you that I am very pleased with you. As I go around doing business I notice different techniques people do. I look for things that I admire and would like to have in my employees, since it is my hope they will become independent managers.
You have that "Ownership" of situations that is so hard to find. You saw the situation, figured out what would happen, described the forecomming problems and offered a few solutions without being bossy or ruffling feather's..
So just in case no one ever tells you I will... I have found you to be among a very elite group of helpful and competent business people. I am a little better person for have gotten to do some business with you, my conviction that there are great people to do business with is refreshed.

I have the priviledge of writing about and recommending Vanessa Mantovani as the best Property Manager with whom I have ever worked. We own four homes---one of those is in Gilbert and when it came time to find a tenant we turned to Vanessa. She is professional, honest, and knows her business as only a true professional does. Her follow through and attention to detail in every aspect of the property management business is the finest I have encountered in over thirty years of leasing homes and dealing with Property Managers. I have always been able to get in touch with her when issues arose and she has always resolved those issues with my best interests at heart while also being fair to the tenant.
Anyone in need of property management and/or leasing assistance would be wise and fortunate to work with Vanessa Mantovani. She is truly the best.

I enlisted the help of Vanessa to clean, repair, rent, and manage investment properties for me and she has been great! She is very professional, responsive, and knowledgable regarding investment real estate. In a time where it seems almost impossible to get good service, Vanessa has been refreshing to work with. Not only will Vanessa perform outstanding work, she will go the extra mile to make sure everything is done as best as possible. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of real estate services.

I can't say enough about Vanessa, she has been a godsend. Proffesional, always helpful, she goes above and beyond the expected. Her dedication is a rare find.
I had been looking for a place and felt like i would never something i could afford and still be able to be proud of. I called Vanessa and within days I was in my new place and I love it.

Having a property on the opposite side of the country from where we reside has posed its challenges. We have experienced a handful of property managers who didn't come close to meeting our standards and thought we had made a mistake buying so far from home until we found Vanessa. I was drawn to her website and contacted her directly. From that one conversation, I felt strongly she was the one for us. While she wasn't servicing our type of property at the time, I respectfully insisted she was what we were looking for and she complied...not only renting it to great tenants in less than a month, but providing excellent service at a time when we had a personal medical emergency in our family. The comfort of knowing our property was being cared for by Vanessa provided us much relief at that difficult time and enabled us to focus on what was important. From that point on, Vanessa has never failed to exceed our expectations. She has just come through for us once again by renting our property in only a few weeks. Her professionalism and expertise is second to none! We feel so safe having our property in her care that we are considering purchasing another in the future. Thank you, Vanessa, for all that you have done for us during that trying time and now as we struggle to raise a family on one salary. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Vanessa. As management with the Anytime Fitness franchise, Vanessa has to be one of the most amazing, and thorough cleaning women I have ever worked with. We are very lucky to have her. She is an amazing asset to our company.

Vanessa recently cleaned and stage a condo listing I have in Tempe. Her attention to detail is beyond that of any other companies I have used. She took a place that was in severe need of help turned in into a show place. She staged the property for me as well and her eye for creativity is awesome. The property has only been on the market a little over a week and we have had numerouse showings. Based on the feed back of those showings we are expecting an offer on it very soon. Without the help of Vanessa, this is a unit I knew would take a long time to market. I truly would, and have, recommended her to other agents in my office. She is a partner that I want to be in business with.

More than a year and half ago, I broke up with my last property management company and before that with another, all due to incompetency and careless attitudes exhibited by these managers, not only towards the tenants but also towards the owner of the peoperty. They send me outrageous bills for minor repairs, among them, an estimate for $5,000 to break through the bathroom wall to fix the light fixture, and to replace the entire roof for having a small water leak. I denied and decided to walk away from them. I was lucky that I found Vanessa as a property manager. She did her best to find the right people to fix all of these minor issues and more for less than $700. I realized then, that how much I was cheated by the previous property management companies over the years. I can say with total confidence that Vanessa is not only the best you can find in her line of work, but also she holds herself to the highest ethical standards with the sense of not only helping the tenants but care for the properties she is responsible for, as if they were her own. I will never have any other property manager but Vanessa. I will chase her wherever she goes.

Having been a property manager myself, I have found Vanessa to be one of the most professional property managers I've worked with. She has found the perfect mix of owner and tenant care. She always responded to our maintenance needs immediately. If there was a gray area as to who was responsible for what, she worked out the most equitable solution for both parties. While keeping the owner's best interest in mind, she has treated us as tenants respectfully, honestly and in a warm and caring manner. Our lease has come to an end and I will be sorry to leave Vanessa. However, having been a real estate professional myself, I would not hesitate to recommend Vanessa to an owner looking for a property manager or to a tenant looking for a nice clean and well maintained home. In today's world one does not encounter many people with the personal integrity and professionalism which is Vanessa's true character. Owners, you will not find a person that will work harder to successfully manage and rent your home! Tenants, you will immediately know upon meeting Vanessa that she will respect and care for your needs as well! Good Luck Vanessa and we will miss you! God Bless you!!

We have known Vanessa for the past 2 years and she is awesome as a manager and as a person, very hard working, she will do everything as much as she can to have her tenants comfortable and well take care, we were so happy to have her as our manager; also I would like to add that she is very compassionate person she just does what is right. She has been so awesome in providing the best customer service possible. Whenever we needed her she was there and went above and beyond her call of duty. I have know Vanessa for 36 yrs. and feel blessed to have her as a friend . I will never forget the first time when I saw her, and thought "Wow, I want to know that person!" so dynamic was her personality. It was a wondrous surprise to find that not only did she have a scintillating personality (yes, even as a teenager!) but that she turned out to be the most trustworthy, loving and understanding person I have known throughout my life. Vanessa helped us get great Tenants and put us in contact with quality and reliable service people that keep Tenant and Owner happy.
